Keep the place unlocked, except at bar hours. Then, when someone wants in, someone just opens the door for them. That way, the XH can't just walk in, and we can let the people we'd like in, inside. I doubt the XH are patient enough to go a couple hours without PKing and wait in hiding in the tavern, so I'd think this might work, althought I think some might not like the doors being locked sometimes.
